The Department of Education is officially suspending classes in all levels in the National Capital Region.  As of this writing, no official announcement made for College-level.

The Metro Manila Development Authority reported that as of 7:17 pm, there is 9 to 10 inches flood at C5 Tiendistas North Bound.
